One Bible, four registers, one house.
The ministry’s flagship work: Scripture rendered at four reading levels inside one Bible, so a household can gather around the same chapter at any age.
Four registers, one chapter.
Foundation carries the verse in plain language a child can read. Youth carries the same plainness with a sharper edge for teenagers and young adults. Standard carries the full rendering with the apparatus alongside it. Converge carries the Greek, the transliteration, the full philological apparatus, and the Katallage Frame.
A parent reading Foundation and a seminarian reading Converge are reading the same chapter, at the same table, in the same house.
Named sources, an open audit trail.
Every register sits on the same received text and the same underlying scholarship. Standard and Converge surface it: named sources, footnoted claims, and a public audit trail through all of it. The apparatus serves the text. It never stands over it.
A household's own place to gather.
Inside the Bible, the Family Altar is where a household gathers: a private wall for a family’s own devotional life, day by day, verse by verse. It is not a public feed. It is a household’s own place to keep what God is doing among them.
Heritage78.
“We will not hide these things from our children. We will tell the next generation the praises of the LORD, his strength, and the wonders he has done. He established his decrees for Jacob and his law in Israel, commanding our ancestors to teach them to their children, so that the next generation would know them, even the children not yet born, and they in turn would rise and tell them to their own children.”
Psalm 78:4–6
From this comes the vision the ministry calls Heritage78: heritage passed from parents to children. That vision birthed the Family Altar inside the Katallage Bible, and the Bible’s four reading registers themselves, a Bible every generation of one house can read.
Physical editions.
Physical copies of the Katallage Bible are coming, sold by the ministry directly. Printed editions across the four registers are in production.
